Retrieve your receipt
If you have lost your receipt of your trip you can find it under "Manage Booking" at You simply log in with your reference number and last name, if you have created a user that your booking is registered on, you log in with your user name and password.

Change your booking
You can change your booking yourself if you have purchased FULL or MID and LOW tickets, you do this by logging in to "Manage Booking". We are happy to assist you with your re- booking via telephone.

In case of delays
When your flight is canceled or delayed you are entitled to assistance according to EU regulation (EC) 261/2004, which are common rules that all European airlines follow.
